The device controls the inside diameter of the hose (throughput). Steel ball solution, which is inserted into the hose is positioned and secured by two neodymium magnets. Control is done by inductive ring sensor. The main requirement of the customer was to solve the control by mechanical check of the inner diameter of the hose.
